Travelling to Sweden from the UK, I have an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Exeter and am currently studying for a masters degree in Science Communication at the University of West England.
I have always been interested in botany and plant ecology especially in northern ecosystems. During my studies in Landscape Ecology and Nature Conservation in Greifswald (Germany) these interests have even been intensified.
I am an evolutionary ecologist and science communicator and live at the Abisko Scientific Research Station, where I am the Project Coordinator for the Climate Impacts Research Centre. I am interested in how life history adaptations in Arctic and alpine species are shaped by the environment.
